bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Our staining and engraving process uses existing concrete.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Unlike an overlay, engraving is permanent and low-maintenance.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) A variety of designs are available including rounded and straight brick and cobblestone patterns, tile, flagstone and custom designs and logos.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Concrete engraving will not increase surface thickness, leaving doors unaffected and surfaces even.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Weeds cannot grow within the design, and sections will not come loose, as with tile, brick and cobblestone.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Colors and patterns are only limited by ones imagination. Choose from a variety of designs or create your own.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Floors can be stained with or without patterns. Engraving is done at your request in almost any decorative pattern you wish for.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Borders can be added to create a touch of elegance or to add boundaries to rooms. Concrete engraving techniques can take your flooring options a step outside of the norm - enabling you to create a wonderful and unique living space.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Staining and engraving a design into the hard concrete creates a long-lasting, easy-to-maintain alternative to popular flooring that can be simple and elegant or beautiful, extraordinary works of art. Unlike carpet, it will not collect allergens and will never need to be replaced.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) Acid/chemical stain is not paint or surface coating; rather it's a coloring process involving chemical reaction on a cementious material. A solution made with water, acid and inorganic salts react with minerals already present in the concrete. The result of this reaction is color. The process occurs In, not On top of the concrete. The acid/chemical stain produces uneven, translucent color effects like the shadings of natural stone and marble. The final color is dependent on the chemical composition and age of the concrete. No two jobs are ever alike, as each job is unique with its own properties and characteristics. Never expect acid stain to be uniform or have an even tone. You will get different reactions from slab to slab, and even on the same job you may see different coloration patterns.
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) With Designer Concrete, The patterns that can be engraved into existing concrete are unlimited. We can engrave just about any design you desire, and if you have a company logo, we can do that too!
bullet.jpg (720 bytes) The "personal touches" that can be engraved in your existing concrete patio, garage, basement floor, front porch or any concrete area, are endless.
